Here are the detailed descriptions of what is going to be included in each of the 3 retreat options!

Please read the descriptions carefully as ONLY the package NAMES will be listed on the website on the 24th.

 

Option #1

RETREAT PACKAGE ONLY $900

Includes:

3 Free Classes
Breakfast and dinner
Snacks and desserts
Nightly Activities
Sewing machine rental
Goodie bags
“Mexico” T-shirt
Lanyard with name tag
**No transportation. No Shuttle. No Hotel**

Option #2

All inclusive retreat - shared room package $1200

Includes:

Retreat package (mentioned above)

5 nights lodging (Mon-Fri Night) in shared room with one other retreater attendee at the Suncoast Hotel and Casino

Shuttle to and from the Airport

Daily shuttle to and from hotel and Sew Yeah

 

Option #3

All Inclusive Retreat - private room package $1500

(This option could be used if you are bringing a spouse or loved one who is not attending the retreat or just if you’d like a private room)

Includes:

Retreat package (mentioned above)
5 nights lodging (Mon-Fri Night) in a private room at the Suncoast Hotel and Casino
Shuttle to and from the Airport
Daily shuttle to and from hotel and Sew Yeah

The total value for this retreat including classes, transportation, lodging, food, entertainment, party favors, and fun is over $3500.

This all inclusive week in Las Vegas for $1200 is a deal of a lifetime.

 

All prices include an application/registration fee

Supplies
Please bring a basic sewing kit and notions for your use.  This includes things like scissors, cutters, thread, rulers and anything else you personally normally use to sew. We provide community cutting mats as well as community ironing boards and irons.

Classes
Each retreat package includes 3 classes with all fabric and supplies (other than a basic sewing kit) needed to complete the project. We will also have 4 or 5 a-la-cart classes available throughout the retreat for an additional fee.  These will be open for registration at a later date along with class sign up details including supply lists.

 

Machines
We provide a JUKI DX-2000QVP (or something similar) for you to use  exclusively during the duration of your retreat stay.  This service is included in your retreat package at no additional charge.  If you would like to bring your own machine, we are happy to accommodate you.
