We love Alaska! It is such an amazing place! Despite all it’s beauty, however, Alaska is home to many homeless people. While the homeless population in Alaska is lower than many other states, the climate makes life very difficult for homeless individuals. The average temperature during the winter months varies from 0° to -30° fahrenheit.

Sew Yeah hosts an annual quilt drive, teaming with local homeless shelters, outreaches and/or humanitarian organizations (depending upon current needs) to provide quilts for individuals in need.
