Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We are honored to have our military customers shop with us. Packages sent to overseas APO or DPO addresses must go through a military U.S. post office. Only our standard shipping delivers to these addresses. Thank you for your service!

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, and Greenland via USPS and UPS. Shipping is calculated based on carrier rates and determined at checkout.

YouTube Live Sales (Destash/Newstash) Shipping

Shipping for orders placed via our YouTube Live Sales (Destash, Newstash, Flash Sales, etc.) is as follows

Drop-Shipping Furniture

For our customers who purchase Arrow Sewing Furniture, it is only available for purchase in the 48 contiguous United States. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship furniture outside of the United States at this time.
Arrow Sewing Furniture is shipped directly from the manufacturer, so it is not housed in our warehouse. As a result, the manufacturer is responsible for shipping and we are unable to accept returns.

International Rates

We offer the following international shipping options. You can choose from three flat rates, depending on your order size:

• Orders up to $100—Ship for $25 flat
• Orders from $100-$200—Ship for $35 flat
• Orders $200 or more—Ship for $40! BEST VALUE

Rates are calculated based on order size before the cost of shipping is applied.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs, duties, and importation taxes vary widely. Since we have no control over these variables we encourage you to research the specific policies that apply to the country you live in. Please remember that delays in customs are beyond Sew Yeah’s control, and therefore are not included in shipping time estimates.

Returns

All products may be returned for store credit within 30 days of original purchase. Products must be unopened and in like-new condition. Return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense. All items returned must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number. Please note, due to the extreme price reduction all Daily Deal sales are final (unless the arrived damaged/ an incorrect product is shipped. We appreciate your understanding.

Also, fabric that has been cut (I.e., any/ all yardage or other measurable good cut off the bolt/ spool/ roll) is non-refundable.

Since all Arrow Sewing Furniture is shipped directly from the manufacturer, customers who purchase it will need to contact the manufacturer directly to discuss returns.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Please email customer service and we will send you a return label to send your products back at no cost to you. We will send you an identical replacement (when available). In the event that an item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss a substitute with a similar item, or refund.
