Instructions for Use

Always test on a fabric scrap before applying to your project.

1. Avoid using fabric softener when prewashing fabrics.
2. Use a pressing sheet to protect your iron.
3. Cover your ironing surface with a non-stick appliqué sheet or appli-fuse mat.
4. Use a dry iron on a wool or medium setting—no steam recommended.
5. Place the fusible side against the wrong side of the fabric and press on the paper side for 2–3 seconds at a time without moving the iron.
6. Allow the fabric to cool before cutting shapes and removing the paper backing.
7. Position the fused shape onto your project and press again for 6–8 seconds to secure it.
8. Adjust pressing time as needed depending on fabric type, taking care not to over-press.
9. Finish with hand or machine stitching if desired.
